Magic Room Watch is a personal planning aid. It searches publicly available Disney resort availability and shows matches so you can book on the official Disney site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by The Walt Disney Company or its affiliates.

Accounts

You need an account to run searches. You are responsible for the activity on your login and for keeping your password private. Corporate invites let an organization member create an account and set a password. Invited accounts belong to that organization.

Searches and alerts

Search results are snapshots. Availability and prices change, and Disney can block or change the data this service reads. Alerts re-check saved criteria and send email or SMS when new matches appear. Delivery depends on your address, phone number, and the SMTP2GO provider. A notification is not a reservation.

Plans and payments

Personal accounts are one email: a free trial of 10 searches with email alerts and no text alerts, then $10 per month. Agency accounts use that same trial, then $10 per enabled account each month. Disabling an account prorates that seat. Agency managers invite people, assign roles, and set branding. Card details are collected by Stripe, not stored here. Access follows the subscription status Stripe reports. Fees are charged in the currency shown at checkout.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to overload Disney systems, resell scraped inventory, or break the law. We may pause searches, alerts, or accounts that put the service or other guests at risk.

Acceptance

Creating an account, accepting an invite, or continuing after a new version is published means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Statement. We store the version and time of your acceptance on your profile.
